Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

The short version

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for the people you invite to your workspace.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Social Pulse to publish unlawful content, spam, harass others, or violate the terms of any connected social network. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule. By using the service, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and publish that content to the channels you connect, and to operate features you enable (such as analytics and AI assistance). You're responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

4. Plans, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Cancellation — our honest promise

You can cancel your subscription in one click from your billing settings at any time — no emails, no retention calls, no hoops. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. We will never hide the cancellation button.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Social Pulse reliable, including resilient publishing with retries and logging. Even so, the service is provided "as is," and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party networks will always accept every post.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Social Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and notify you in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
