Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
- •We collect only what we need to run your account and publish your posts.
- •We never sell your personal data, full stop.
- •Your social account tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect any channel anytime.
- •You can export or delete your data whenever you like.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, and workspace details when you sign up — and information needed to operate the service, such as the social accounts you connect and the content you schedule. When you connect a channel, we store an encrypted access token so we can publish on your behalf. We also collect basic usage and device data (like log timestamps and browser type) to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to provide and improve Social Pulse: authenticating you, publishing your scheduled content, generating analytics and listening insights, powering AI features you choose to use, processing payments, and sending essential service communications. We do not use the content of your private messages to train third-party models.
3. How we share information
We share data only with the providers required to deliver the service — the social networks you publish to, our payment processor for billing, and infrastructure vendors (hosting, email, error monitoring) bound by confidentiality terms. We may disclose information if legally required. We never sell your personal data.
4. Data security & retention
Access tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable window, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Your rights & choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your account settings, or by contacting us. You can disconnect any social channel at any time, which revokes our access to it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, which we honor.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your active workspace. We do not run invasive third-party advertising trackers.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect.
